Wang Guofeng is one of the contributing artists who participated in On Sharks & Humanity. His work often examines social issues and are printed in large formats up to 24 metres wide. Pictured above is Wang Guofeng in front of his piece ‘Shiver’, which meshes together different source material (from shark-related bits of media) to create a new work.

Wang Guofeng is also the only foreign artist authorised by the North Korean government to enter the country and document aspects of citizens’ life. In the below article from South China Morning Post, Wang Guofeng talks about this experience, as well as the motivation behind his photography.
